How long have you been with CDA?

Seven years.

Why did you go into teaching?

Working with kids is amazing. I get to have an impact on students’ lives. I get to show others how much fun learning can be, and that sounds like the most awesome job out there to me!

Why did you join the teaching staff at CDA?

CDA is the future. The possibilities of digital and distance learning are endless. Students are given the opportunity to learn at the best pace and path for them personally.

What do you enjoy most about teaching at CDA?

Students are motivated and engaged — in some cases, to the point that they don’t even realize they’re actively learning!

What is the CDA difference?

Personalization, flexibility, accessibility and efficiency.

What do you enjoy doing outside of the workday?

My husband and I live in northern Kentucky. Our daughter attends Eastern Kentucky University. We enjoy spending time with family, playing golf and attending music concerts.
